Frankly Sound Equine

confidence for you… soundness for your horse

Remember why you fell in love with horses?

That spark, that joy, that sense of wonder; before the noise, the pressure, and the all the “right ways” drowned it out.

At Frankly Sound Equine, I help horses, and their people find their way back to that place.
Through connection work, a BTMM lens of postural rehabilitation, and a horse-first approach, I bridge the gap between amateur and professional - offering clear, practical guidance anyone can use to show up as the best partner for their horse.

Whether you dream of riding again without fear, resolving a nagging soundness issue, or simply enjoying time with your horse, my work is rooted in one goal:
bringing you both back to a place of trust, comfort, and long-term soundness; through collaboration of my network.

Because when we make the horse the priority, they’ll give us more than we ever imagined.

Why Work with Me?

I’m Maeve Bandt - a horseman, bodyworker, and BTMM apprentice trainer with a focus on re-establishing a foundation through functional movement therapy, postural rehabilitation, and nervous system regulation.

If something in your partnership feels “off,” I help you find the missing piece.
Not by drilling harder or adding pressure, but by listening… to posture, breath, and the quiet signals beneath the surface.

My work lives in the nuances, bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be with your horse - resolving discomfort, restoring soundness, and rebuilding trust from the inside out.

Because when horse and human feel understood, everything changes.
