confidence for you

soundness for your horse

If you get really confident in your abilities as a horse guardian - what does that look like?

You adopt a new identity around it?

For you, what’s the missing ingredient in showing up as that new identity?

Is it education? Empowerment? Mentorship?

Have you ever felt like the search for answers to your horses mystery lameness has become overwhelming and daunting - or you feel as though you’re beginning to lose hope?

Yeah… I have too… I also hear this a lot.

does any of this feel relatable?

I know! I’ve been there. I get it.

That’s why I take a whole-horse approach, educating you along the way —by balancing biomechanics, postural alignment, and nervous system regulation. It’s certainly not about forcing results; it’s about uncovering the root cause and working with your horse, not against them.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. I don’t! I have extreme pride in the tribe of equine professionals I surround myself with - because I so deeply feel that ‘forever student’ role is crucial and allows me to show up the best way possible to help you, me and the horses. Together, we can create a plan that supports both you and your horse, helping you move beyond tension and resistance toward strength, confidence, and connection.

Let’s create a new path forward—one where you and your horse thrive.

Why Work with Me?

I approach training and bodywork with intention and clarity—because I’ve learned how much of a disservice it is to both horse and rider when that’s missing.

Through my own journey, I’ve discovered that honoring boundaries, understanding my yes’s and no’s, and showing up authentically are key to building trust and connection—not just with horses, but in life. That’s the foundation of my work.

I’m not here to “fix” your horse—I’m here to help you understand them. To help you see what’s beneath the tension, resistance, and the behavioral struggles. Through a blend of postural rehabilitation, correct biomechanics, and nervous system regulation, we create a path forward that supports both you and your horse from the inside out.

I’m not just a trainer or bodyworker—I’m a horsewoman blending science with feel, structure with softness.

If you’re ready to approach your horse’s health and soundness differently, I’m here to help you find the missing piece.
